Rising from the remnant of what was the pioneering "Revival Rock" band Strangers & Pilgrims, The Mystic Union is more than just another band out here trying to write the songs that make the whole world sing. It's a group of lifelong friends who set out on a meandering emotional, spiritual, and musical journey together almost 3 decades ago... and who haven't looked back or lost faith ever since.
Made up of the artists, singers, songwriters, and seekers Becca & Michael Poe, Miguel Martinez, Todd Robertson, and Jeffrey Hunter and hailing from the thriving metropolis of Birmingham, AL; the group is driven by a passion to stop wading through the shallow end of the "pop culture" kiddie pool and instead keep diving into the creative deep end of true community and artistic expression.
And if all that doens't work, then they'll probably just keep hanging out and writing and singing more songs about it all anyway.
